The clarity of the vision “from above” is fantastic. Those who are able to rise above their self-pride, the common mentality and the routine, are really happy as they can see “the whole picture”. If during a lifetime, there are quite a few who are endowed with this “super-power”, the journeys give all of us, the privilege of the perspective from above, each and every time. Choosing the perfect spot is all you need to do: the roof, the terrace, the high tower and clarity will be, undoubtedly, flawless. As for the emotion…it will be unforgettable. 

1. The Steeple of the Basilica of San Giorgio -Venice; I`ve discovered the scenery of the fantastic Serenissima from the Steeple of San Giorgio Basilique, on the island San Giorgio di Maggiore.A colored trick: this is the way you can skip the line at the Campanile San Marco tower and have equally great views.

2. The Ruins of the Oia castle -Santorini; it`s the perfect spot for a breath taking panorama of the white-blue island; as for the Oia village, besides the typical charm of the Greek villages, with tempting taverns and tiny art galleries, it is also famous for its “postcard” sunsets.

3. Montparnasse Tower -Paris. It`s the only skyscraper in Paris, 210 m high, where you can grasp the image of Notre Dame Cathedral, Jardin de Luxembourg, Sacré Coeur, The Dome of the Invalids, Grand Palais with Pont Alexandre III, Tour Eiffel, like in a postcard. Oh-la-la!

4. Top of the Rock, from Rockefeller Center-New York; so that you can admire the whole New York from high above, and walk in one of the best known and most famous buildings in Manhattan and in the entire world. You should definitely go up when in #NY!

5. Faraglioni and Via Krupp-Capri; the most famous on the island, one of the most idyllic scenery I have ever seen.

6. Galata Tower-Istanbul; with a perfect vista of Constantinople, a landmark of the city; a stunning, whole panorama, with all the motley, fabulous and mingled energy of the metropolis.

7. Sao Jorge Castle-Lisbon; the perfect place to leisurely admire the gentle and magical city, from the generous shade of a secular tree.

8. The Rooftop of the Parque central-Havana; a complete, unforgettable image of a fairy-like city, full of joy, things of beauty, history, art, audacity and humanity.

9.The Clock Tower-Sighisoara; one of the most generous places with people who are keen on photography, searching for the perfect place for a jewel-like image; roofs and fairy houses, cafés, people, medievalscent, quiet, holidays, Transilvania-it richly deserves its place in the top, doesn't it?

10.Notre Dame Basilica – Marseille; a perfect image of the city old harbour, with the ageless discretion of the boats that are always waiting for the same voyage across the sea.
