In other words,”let there be mixology ”!(in case you ever wonder why Pussycat Dolls sing so enthusiastically,let me tell you they have a well-founded reason!Jai Ho means “Let victory  prevail!”)
I couldn`t stay in the colorful,spectacular,energizing Mumbai,without telling you about the “ho” pleiad (yes,victorious) of cocktails in this place.So,let`s drink and “jai party”:

   • Mumbai Punch – the habitual rum, this time to the 3rd power-light, black and mature, a bit of Ricard and some Indian spices that fit perfectly with grenadine, pineapple and fresh lime juice, combination that entered in my all time top cocktails! At Wink Bar!

   • Sweet Sensations – rom again(what else), Zapaca, 23 years pld!! with a little apple juice, cinnamon flavored syrup and a final touch of bitter, at the famous Harbour Bar (at Taj Mahal Palace). Delicious!

  • Mumbai Kiss – white rum, cardamom, Maraschino and pineapple juice, melt into a welcoming kiss at Aer Bar, a spectacular last floor outdoor bar at Four Seasons Hotel

• Dome Sundowner – a sophisticated and mysterious mix, with light rum, flavorful orange, lemongrass and juicy grenadine, at the seductive Dome Bar lounge with special view (at the Intercontinental Hotel)
