„Sabor del sal/Sabor del mar” says the song...Well, this is the refrain that fits perfectly when you spend your last day of your holiday in Ibiza and you rush to look for souvenirs and gifts for those dear to you, waiting at home. In Ibiza there is a salt mine that dates back to hundreds of years.That salt is famous in the kitchens and bathrooms of those shopaholics that visit the island. Sal de Ibiza is a super famous brand with a range of salt containing more than 80 minerals, vital for the human body.The shopkeepers in the charming shops are very inventive and you can’t help passing by, without walking into their shops, you can’t but take a little rest, smile to them and buy "salty souvenirs": from the Flor de Sal (Salt Flower) - the purest of all types of salt existing in the area, to the one with chilly, basil or rosemary. Obviously, I couldn’t refrain from doing the...salty shopping myself 

Oh, believe me, the souvenirs were highly appreciated.
