It has as much  ADVENTURE as you can seize in 100 rollercoasters, scenery that is more beautiful than the magical constructions of Legoland, as much LOVE as you can get in all Disney`s stories, LANDSCAPES in front of which even Snow White would stop singing, as if under a spell, as much FASCINATION as you can find in the legendary characters, altogether.

It started to fascinate 40 years ago, in the middle of the new European age, when it was a very hip destination for…hippie people  and became, at the turn of the 3rd millennium, one of the poshest&most bohemian, quietest &most effervescent places in the big, beautiful world of perfect holidays.
Contrasts that attract, antinomies that complete, differencies that perfectly blend with each other. My colored Ibiza!

The most convenient way to reach any place on the island is to rent a car

1. In Ibiza you are going to find awesome bays with turquoise water, with sun loungers or not, as the towel on the sand is a variant, as cool as possible,-Cala Salada, Cala Tarida, Cala Benirras, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala d`Hort are only a few of them

2. Go for a walk in the old center, through the fortress(Dalt Vila), in a leisurely way, high up to Mirador, from where you can admire the city, sit in the cafés and restaurants

3. Travel back in time, on the Ses Salines beach, with beach bars and restaurants reminding those of the `70s, such as Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa; here, in the middle of the day, djs come and the party lasts all day&night

4. If you fancy more sophisticated beach clubs, try Blue Marlin, Beachouse or Amante Beach Club, located in a super picturesque setting

5. Remember that you can go to some of these beach clubs, in the evening, too, to enjoy a cocktail, at sunset, when, obviously, the d.j is not missing and neither the party to come along with him (check the site of each and every one)- Blue Marlin, Experimental beach club, Amante

6. Spare a day to go yachting or speed boating to Formentera, to swim in the azure water and spend 8 hours  sailing, with  stops whenever you feel like swimming-by Smart Charter Ibiza

7. A sunset in Benirras bay with hippie and bongos drums + dinner at Elements Restaurant where an after sunset party is being held on Sundays; it`s a must on the list

8. Cafe del Mar is also famous for sunsets as the whole Sunset Strip in San Antonio is. You can find a line of  beautifully arranged terraces, from where you can quietly contemplate the sunset; Café del Mar set the fashion in the `80 s, and nowadays you have a lot of tiny bars with d.j in the area; Café Mambo hosts pre-parties with a famous d.j (I caught Martin Solveig, at that time), but I recommend searching in advance on their sites

9. For some mega tasty and creative tapas, go to Sa Brisa Gastro Bar; and for, let`s say….some ordinary tapas you have La Bodega pub. All of them: amazing!

10. For a typically island style dinner, with the tables in the gardens, where people actually crowd in  the evening, go to La Brasa for which yes, you need a reservation

11. For a perfect evening, you have the bars and the terraces in the port (105 by La Cantine is very cool)

and if you want to watch the parades of the clubs, stay there until about 1:30, so that you can see them passing by the terraces and advertising

12. Spend a dream night in Lio Club, with cabaret show and dinner-that are definitely worth all the money, but if you fancy dancing more, you can stay in the club (there is also a club area that comes alive after the cabaret show)

13. Would you like to dance? Pacha and the other clubs (Amnesia, Privilege...)with the music of the best known d.js are clearly the best options, and during the  daytime –Ushuaia, where thousands of people get together and crazy parties are being held

14. Take a look round the market, for typical products, among which sea salt with herbs or without, but also walk in the local shops with beach tunics, towels, and music you can hear in all the clubs of the splendid Ibiza.

Colored tip: if you go during  the season, I advise you to make reservations a long time before you go there, both for the beach clubs and for the restaurants, especially if you join a group of friends.
