“Dragonfruit” look

It isn`t fashion-related, but it`s chic. It isn`t a fruit but it`s so flavourful and delicious! It isn`t Pitaya(as it is also called the splendid dragonfruit) and it`s got a much better taste…
Falooda or Faluda is one of the best and interesting dessert-drinks I have ever tried and which is extremely popular in India.

The recipe is simple, but not all the ingredients are so easy to find: rose syrup, vermicelli noodles, psyllium,(a kind of Indian bran), tapioca pearls, and a little gelatin, with water or milk. It`s a perfect substitute(in my case) for something sweet and not so calorie-rich, therefore, darls, I warmly recommend it to you.
You don`t know where to find tapioca pearls? Or psyllium? Then, let`s go to Mumbai and drink a falooda!

p.s If you add ice cream, the taste becomes cream-like and the aroma gets even stronger ! So, let`s ice it!
