“It doesn`t matter what is going to happen, I can go sailing whenever I want to, across the Bosporus “. This is Mr.Pamuk`s mantra, how could I possibly disagree with one of the most talented, sensitive and awarded inhabitants, who are constantly in love with the gorgeous Istanbul?

So, once we arrived in the grandiose Istanbul, I was very eager to book a cruise on the Bosporus, following the recommendation of our nice guide, Erik, thus arranging one of the most pleasant, exciting and cultural experiences on the water, I have ever had so far.
Towards evening, when the gentle light softly caressed the roofs of the old city, to Oriental rhythm, the boat was eagerly and quietly waiting for us in the harbour; the two hours`trip passed in a leisurely way, without any unexpected adventure, with surprises everywhere only for the eyes and the soul:the pleiad of palaces and Turkish buildings, strung out along the shores; the beautiful Cirağan Palace, now a 5 star hotel, belonging to the Kempinski chain, the impressive Dolmabahçe, the exquisite Berleybeyi, on the Asian area, The Military School(The Military Museum in Istanbul), all of them delighted us, let us take pictures of them in silence, and taught us other  remarkable lessons about beauty.
