There are keys that unlock doors which they are not suitable for and doors that open to stories which you couldn`t believe they were possible. Dumas-the father seemed to have said that and I understood him, in my own way, in San Juan in Puerto Rico, a place where the doors and windows have their own life, legends, dreams and their incredible mysteries.

Imagine façades full of colour, with filigree oasis, pictures in pastel, or, on the contrary, strong hues, with details that join centuries of beautiful things and knowledge of humanity, with wrought iron balconies, that deeply bear the stamp of the Spanish influence and where you seem to get a glimpse of silhouettes that remind us of Andalucia and flamenco rhythm…

But words are useless. I invite you to take a look around and go for a leisurely stroll with open heart and greedy eyes, in the narrow streets with houses full of colour, with gates, doors and windows that hide thousands of stories. In San Juan, Puerto Rico…
