Van Gogh`s inspiration came from this place, too, right from the heart of Provence and from this little town, so stylish and private, so peaceful and full of top, gastronomic surprises, so crammed with cafés and restaurants, art galleries, museums and boutiques that have enlivened the old center and have made it so irresistible, since the olden days, from the famous celebrities till present day. Especially when you get here on a pleasant autumn afternoon and, by a happy chance, you walk into a tiny shop with cheeses of all kinds, arranged and trimmed with herbs and fresh greens (even the shop windows looked differently!) The name? La Cave des Fromages, Monique Mayer, maître fromager de la guilde des fromagers).

Bonus: surroundings with vineyards and mountains, medieval air and a lot of energy. It`s like a callison you should definitely try!
