“Français” to the “marrow”of all elements, the décor is special - red velvet armchairs, white and fine pieces of porcelain, precious crystals and delicate accessories, everything being shrouded in an aura of “tranquillité” and comfort as if Head Pastry Chef, Joana Thöny Montabut were the cousin you hadn`t visited for a long time, and who is prepared to make your favourite dumplings, at any time. The Violette cheese cake with almond biscuit, the Financier with peanut butter and blueberry sauce, the French Meringue, with caramel, garnished with “Bourbon” vanilla of Madagascar  and other matchless delights with jams and perfect candied fruit jellies, along with little smoked salmon and dill or cucumber and mint to go with, are always accompanied by the well-known Lupicia range of Japanese teas.
