Chin-chin all over
In for a penny, in for a pound. If it`s party time, let`s party! At least, when you are in Dubai, believe me, you are not going to leave it, without trying some restaurants, bars, lounges and clubs, which definitely take your breath away.
Shall I tell you about my favorite ones? Oooh, here they go!
As you can guess, it is an absolutely fabulous project, in co-operation with Mr.Cavalli, in person. If you want to meet Briatore or Steve Tyler, that`s the spot! If you want flamboyant decors, Swarovski all over the place, luxury, luxury, luxury, that`s the spot! If you want to drink a cocktail or to taste a sophisticated course made by an expert chef, in Cavalli plates and dishes, you got it, right? Briefly, it`s about exclusivity that we are talking about, baby.

360 º Bar Jumeirah Beach Hotel
Pa-no-ra-mic. 360 Bar is a uber cool place, where you can have a view over Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah, and the city, but also over the ocean, especially at sunset (love, you know). I particularly enjoyed the view and the music-they have theme evenings with famous d.j.s who mix here. Besides, you need to book in advance, if you prefer to go there at the weekend.

If you are here, you can tell everyone that you have been in the tallest restaurant in the world! That is to say in a 442 m tall building (according to The Guinness Book of Records), in Burj Khalifa. So you can picture the kind of scenery you can have, over Dubai, over the Gulf and over the singing and dancing fountains. The tallest in the world, évidemment.

I went to Calabar one evening, to watch an idyllic sunset, with Burj Khalifa and the fountains, in an elegant space, but not very swanky. I indulged in a cocktail and felt overwhelmed by a positive energy. Zen, so to say.

Zeta restaurant/lounge - Asian fusion, in a relaxing and cozy setup, but with a view of the fountains and of Burj Khalifa, too. Both are at Address Downtown Hotel.

Skyview Bar - the place of cocktails and venues in high spots - on 27th floor – in Burj Al Arab. Mixology, style and eclecticism.

At Bahri Bar, that is to say view over the water, in free translation, you can see refined Persian carpets, exotic essence wood all over the place, you can enjoy a terrace having an impressive view over Burj Al Arab, ultra chic dishes but also electrifying drinks.

A kind of Matrix meets Sex and the City. So to say, a place with futuristic accents, but very posh and elegant, of course, in high spots (on 63rd floor, more precisely), in a modern ambience.

Al Bayt
Minipalatul unde gasesti unele dintre cele mai bune selectii de gustari, sendvisuri, patiserie, dulciuri, cafele si ceaiuri din lume. Colored word!

This wonderful place supports the exotic and majestic spirit of Dubai, with its extremely decorated and ultra relaxing open air lounge. You can enjoy some Arabian nights here, close to a very rich buffet and a cool ambience, with people lounging on four-poster beds around the pool, smoking a hookah.

Here you can enjoy a Mediterranean and Asian fusion, full of style, modern elements, preciousness, exquisite food and dream nights.

A legendary place, a hot spot of the city, famous all over the world. A menu with Thai, Chinese and Japanese influences, spiced with Arabian ones, here and there. Chill-out music and high-spirited people. Pure pleasure!

It is quite obvious that the Arabs have a preference for Asia. You are going to find their influences here, too, combined with a bit of opulence (because, without it, Dubai wouldn`t be the way it is) and some food with explosive flavors and ravishing textures.

I set you wondering, didn`t I ?
