I think nowhere in Spain, the Arabian and the Jewish influences are more present then here, in the adorable Córdoba, with its stunning Mezquita and the old neighborhoods, with their medieval atmosphere and lost of tiny streets that tell stories, with its colorful fiestas, with a lot of inviting bars&restaurants, with a mix of history, perhaps unique in the world, show off in an overwhelming harmony, in a magical spot of Spain, a holiday destination which I recommend from the bottom of my heart: the adorable Córdoba.

It is worth staying some days here in order to leisurely seek for wonders in each and every twisting, tiny street, but if you have only a day & a night to visit the gorgeous city, here`s a guide for you to use, so that you won`t miss anything important.

09:00 a.m – the day starts gently and nicely, with a visit to Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, the old fortress in the heart of the city, that has some ravishing gardens.

11:30 p.m – the most important sight of Córdoba comes next - The Mezquita Cathedral, considered one of the most complete Moorish construction, abounding in history, lofty, impressive and so valuable...

13:00 p.m – lunch at the Bodegas Campos restaurant, a traditional, typically Andalusian spot in the city, serving delicious food.

15:00 p.m – a perfect time for visiting the fascinating Julio Romero de Torres Museum, with an impressive trusteeship of paintings belonging to the painter who bears the same name

16:00 p.m – it`s time for a walk in the old center,

you should definitely get to Calleja de las flores, one of the most famous in Córdoba, with pots of geraniums hanging at the windows; walk in the

souvenir shops, over here, too, and also visit those in Plaza del Potro

18:00 p.m – drink a coffee and a perfect cocktail at Horno San Luis, you will be surprised by an exquisite design, cuisine and ambiance
