1. Take a ticket for a show at La Fenice Theatre, which  is simply and definitely worth a visit!

2. Going for a drive along Canal Grande, by a private taxi, from one end to the other, is a must-do, so that you can have enough time to take photos of all the palaces

3. You can choose the gondola, certo, but be sure to find a less crowded stop, in order to avoid an Indian file

4. Go for a visit to Ca` Macana, the shop with the famous masks, from where  Stanley Kubrik himself bought some for the movie “Eyes Wide Shut”

but you can  find masks of very good quality at other shops, too, but take care that they are made of papier mache and have a quality certificate

5. Buy 2,3 Murano glasses, as a souvenir. Or some little, handmade perfume bottles, inspired by old models.

And at Danghyra you can also find some fab, handmade ceramics!

6. Buy a pair of gondolier shoes (friulane), made of velvet, nice and lovely, which you can use as slippers, and at least a little antique, so as to remind you of Venice, which abounds with marvels like these

Or maybe an agenda covered with printed paper, so popular in Venice

7. If you are interested in seeing how gondolas are being made, go to Squero San Trovaso

8. A coffee at one of the coffee shops in San Marco (even if it`s more expensive than anywhere else in the world) is always welcome! And it`s a must –have in Venice! Take care: if you sit on the terrace, you`ll pay 6 euros per person because you can enjoy the orchestra: Caffe Florian, Caffe Quandri or Caffe Lavena are perfect!

9. The best ice cream you can relish is definitely the one you can have at Gelati Nico(in Zaterre) where they scrupulously stick to the  tradition for more than 70 years

10. Try Osteria Alle Testiere restaurant, my colored recommendation, it`s simple with a slightly rustic touch, but with a food which is more than delicious

11. Lovers(there are plenty of them in Venice!) can have a romantic dinner in splendid places, Caffe Quadri Restaurant, Le Bistrot de Venise or on the Terazza Danieli, three exquisite restaurants

12. Drink a cocktail in the most beautiful and elegant bar, Bar Longhi from Gritti Palace

13. Stop for an afternoon tea in a truly wow place, Dandolo, in the picturesque Danieli hotel

14. Try a Bellini in the very spot where it was invented - Harry`s Bar

15. Visit Rialto Market and the fish market (which are close to each other)

Then hurry up to get to All`Arco(very near to the fish market ), where you will have the chance to enjoy some fantastic ciccheti (typical,Venetian snacks), along with a glass of prosecco or ombra(red wine)
