Obviously, I have to tell you from the very beginning that it is good, no matter how, no matter when, at any time (with them, the dinner concept does not particularly involve our habitual hours. But as food seems to be relished in a different way when you are on holiday, on a beach, the sea in the distance and the pines under which you can hide from the blazing sun, I preferred to have a Spanish brunch (a rather #matchmadeinheaven, combination of words) on the sand. I  didn`t need to take too many things as the décor seemed to have already been set and was waiting for me, a piece of gorgeous bay, on a late morning, with fantasic, azure-like water, as far as the eye can reach, a few rocks and some pine vegetation. Pines under which I retreated to hide from the blazing sunbeams, to fully enjoy my picnic in Portal Vells, Mallorca, a famous little bay, where a movie starring Anthony Quinn and Michael Caine was shot and where the definition of luxury gets other valences.
Loaded with the delicious olives stuffed with anchovy, jamon serrano, some cheese, fruits, muffins and rosé, a light, summer wine, I spent 3 hours without even realizing how fast time flies …
