The diet of Mallorca #nofitworry
Ensaimuda, sobrasada and paella. Fish and sea food. Cocas and empanadas. Olive oil and particular herbs. Palo de Mallorca and hirebas. Grilled or fried pastries (I`ve already told you, I`m not in the mood for fit obsessions, #nofitworry
), baked in the oven or natural, all cooked with Spanish flavour or African influences, with a lot of love and high spirits.
It`s perfect for those who are mad keen on tasteful life, tastings between friends and remarkable culinary experiments. Mallorca has an in-cre-di-ble savor and everything turns into perfection after you have got to know its afternoons with apperitivo, the special evenings or parties in the bars of the islands.
Everything, Mallorca style!
