When in Havana, I recommend (you`ll be sorry if you miss it) checking the following :
• fine Cuban cigars
• rum all over
• images of Hasta siempre, comandante!
• and…
• and…
• yep, cars, cars, cars! They are a landmark of the place, a huge, vintage club, full of revelations, color and poetry; you can find them everywhere and anywhere, they are nice, stylish and haughty, polished and always gleaming in the sunshine, vain under the ecstatic eye of the tourists who can`t wait to take them for a drive (actually, an important source of income for their owners).

All of them remind us of the `50s , of the relation between Cuba and America, the import of the wonderful “coches americanos”, which are so well preserved and taken care of, that you really feel as if you travelled backwards in time whenever you see them at every corner of the street. They rule, baby (both properly and figuratively ) .
