Darling friends, if you are going to visit some temples in Thailand (and you must do it, once you get there, because it`s really a unique experience) first, let me tell you that you have to take into account some things and rules:

1) First of all, your clothes: you ought to wear long trousers and your shoulders should be properly covered (you`d better take a sarong with you, if you know you are visiting temples)

2) When you walk into the temple, you have to take off your shoes, and if you are wearing a cap or a hat, it must be also taken off

3) You must be respectful of the temple and its religion; don`t speak in a loud, clear voice, don`t forget to keep your cell phone on a silent profile

4) Be careful! It`s important not to ever touch the Buddha Statues

5) You are not allowed to enter the temple with food or to chew gum

6) During the ceremonies, you`d better not try to take photos

7) You should always be respectful to the monks, especially at the temples
