In vino veritas is not included in today`s equation. As Santorini is the paradise of…cocktails, a creative and tasty collection and they deserve the Olympic medals, the strains of the lyre and the homages to Dionis. So, leave the ambrosia and the nectar of the Olympus and slowly descend on earth, on the island where the night is lit by the sugar white houses, by the energy of the holidays with white nights and a fairy tale – like mixology.

Here`s my colored selection:

   • Special Cocktail – well, this was one of the few occasions when a cocktail was made especially for me!! Bartender George from the fascinating Aura Bar at the Mystique Hotel asked me which taste I liked the most and fixed a super duper, uber cool drink for me: sweet and good syrup of Monin passion fruit, Monin orange curaçao,Volare vanilla - flavored liqueur, Rum Appleton Estate VX pure Jamaican rum, some lemon juice and raspberry liqueur, for freshness, plus the white of an egg, for a touch of “personality”. And, obviously, I named it, according to my heart`s desire: Colored Santorini

   • Santorini Passion Cooler – at Palia Kameni Cocktail Bar, in Fira, at sunset, you are going to find not only a fab&cool terrace with all the perfect ingredients for a dream evening, but also a sexy cocktail with vodka, Galliano liqueur with passion fruit, straight from their own production, lime and cranberry juice, to give it a vibe of Santorini

   • Goose Passion from the energetic Tango Bar, is ideal for a chill out evening, or a fun&party night, with Goose vodka, the customary passion fruit (from the island), lime and sweet vanilla syrup

   • Brumble is as mysterious and surprising as the bar or the host, Casablanca Soul Bar, with gin and blackberry cream sprinkled with lemon. Yumm!

And the last 3, but certainly not the least, particularly because all of them were AMAZING, at Grace fab bar there are, as follows:

   •  Grace Cocktail, an invention of the well-known Salvatore Calabrese, a magical combination of Goose pear vodka, sweet honey syrup, sweet-sourish apple and lemon juice, pear and lemon grass puree, well mixed over a lot of ice

   • Then comes Bliss, with good, white El Dorado rum, passionate puree of passion fruit, homemade ginger syrup, fresh lime juice, ornated with a bit of ginger powder and Infinity, a mango sorbet, mixed with Deutz champagne and grenadine to infinity…

They`re wonders, aren`t they?
