From a gastronomic point of view, The Côte d`Azuris, perhaps, the luckiest area of France. The Mediterranean influences which are, most of the time, magnificently interpreted in a proper style, those of the nearby Provence, but also the recipes, the flavors and tastes that evoke the whole France are to be found on the Riviera, they blend with each other and the result is staggering. If you add the passion of the chefs for organic food and the contemporary touches, the wines and champagnes that accompany every meal here, and the sophisticated ambiance that never inhibits, the combination turns out to be perfect. 1. The Restaurant from the Château Eza is worthy of at least one prince, as the décor and l`atmosphère are oh-la-la! It has a fantastic, 180 degree view, and some of the tables are smartly arranged in some small balconies, while the rest of the restaurant stands on the impressive terrace. Idefinitely recommend the seafood menu!

2. La Réserve on the Mala beach, one of the most idyllic of all the places I have ever seen in my lifetime, is located in an exceedingly beautiful bay, almost unreal-golden rocks, close to green pines and azure waters; in the evening, at dinner time, the place seems to turn into a more stunning setting, becomes super stylish, therefore you can enjoy a fabulous, romantic, dinner, by candle light, scenery and fairy food.

3. Paloma Beach of the Panama Bay, in the wonderful Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, is, as the beach that bears the same name, a place for jet set and stars, and not only; during summer time it is full of people that jostle “to taste” a bit of the French heaven on earth-including the di-vi-ne, fresh, grilledfish, thatyou can relish here, and what is more important: it is not pretentious at all.

4. La Passagère, more precisely, its terrace from the well-known and charming Belles Rives, offers everything you wish and some more; excellentcuisine, from which I chose the Grand Bleu menu, with incredible, gastronomic –gourmet creative dishes, flawlessly made.

5. Elsa from Monaco Beach Hotel is shiny and posh, with its Michelin star and the food is, as you can imagine, a top one; chef Paolo Sari cooks 100% organic dishes!

6. Newport in Villefrance-sur-Mer has a great view over the bay, crowded with yachts, is informal and relaxed and offered me an awesome culinary experience, with fresh, grilled fish and an excellent salad with octopus and potatoes.
