“I`m on top of the world”- sounds like a cliché, but it seems inevitable when on the roofs or on the top terraces of the colored destinations in this wide world; you can find show, story, emotion, sunset, party, flavours and unforgettable people, all together. In all the places I get, I look for the promising  rooftops and at the turn of 2016, I decided to look back in time and make a top “from above” of the world`s rooftops. My fav 10.

1. Terrazza Danieli, Venice - where food is absolutely superbe, as well as the view, towards the lagoon, with signature drinks and super ambiance, #theplacetobeinvenice.

2. Sir Elly`s Terrace, Shanghai - is for hot&posh nights, with  270 degree panoramas over the Huangpu River, Garden Bridge and Pudong, accompanied by crazy cocktails.

3. Palia Kameni Cocktail Bar (Fira) - a bar with cool terrace and full of the matchless Greek charm, the perfect spot for admiring sunsets for a lifetime and views over the caldera that take your breath away.

4. Salon de Ning (The Peninsula Hotels) in New York - I was nuts about it because of the WOW mix of West meets Chinese&International, Madame Ning`s inspiration and the extremely delicious cocktails.

5. Terrace Bar Caesar Augustus Hotel (Capri) - is one of the most spectacular I`ve ever seen, with an incredible sunset. Sublime!

6. Rooftop Bar (Mundial Hotel) in Lisbon - if you fancy admiring and taking some super photos over the whole Lisbon, you need to get there. The energy of the place is fresh and hip, a perfect spot for sunset parties with d.j.

7. Bar Salon Terrace (Hotel Almudaina) in Palma de Mallorca - is the best place to see Palma from above, to admire all the marvelous sights of the city, in a ultra cozy and relaxed setting.

8. Mikla Rooftop Bar, Istanbul - a kind of paradise of Turkish gastronomy, a place where you can take the liberty of enjoying the pleasures of life, one of the most famous rooftop restaurants in the metropolis.

9. Rooftop Bar Hotel Parque Central, Havana - it is said to be the best in Havana, and the view confirms it, the experience is worth trying at least once in a lifetime.

10. Aer Bar, Mumbai - is on the 34th  top floor, at Four Seasons, is WOW, is in open air, d.j. included and is perfect for a sunset!
